We are thrilled to return to an in-person conference this year. For everyone’s protection, in consultation with our medical advisors and the Board, NEST has set out the Covid Policy below. You will be asked to indicate agreement to follow this policy as part of registration.
Required:
- Up to date vaccinations, barring medical complications.
- Negative rapid test within 24 hours of arrival.
- Masks if requested by workshop leaders and performers.
- Do not attend the conference if you are symptomatic, have a fever, or are otherwise ill even with a negative test. Contact us for refunds. We will be as flexible as possible.
Suggested:
- Masks are strongly suggested throughout the conference. Please bring masks with you to the conference.
- We strongly encourage that you bring rapid tests with you and test daily.
Meals:
We will be having communal breakfasts and lunch on Saturday. Hotel staff will be masked when serving the buffet line.
Guests are welcome to bring food back to their own rooms.

Registration does not include hotel fees. We have steeply discounted rates at the hotel through our conference. Please book your room at our official conference hotel. Full Conference includes:

- NEW this year: performances, keynote, and online workshops available for viewing after the conference for two weeks after they are posted
- Fringe performances

- Mingling events
- Saturday and Sunday breakfast, and Saturday lunch.
Full conference does not include Friday intensives, dinners, or lodging.
Stories Galore is a performance track for those who attend in-person, and includes all performances, fringe performances, keynote, and Saturday lunch. No workshops.
Virtual Track includes online access to:
- Live-streaming from the Ballroom: Keynote with Adam Booth, and performances by Adam Booth, Charlotte Blake Alston, and the Olio (juried show)
- Two online fully-interactive workshops in partnership with Artists Standing Strong Together (ASST), specifically tailored for our virtual audience
Recordings of the above events will be available for viewing for full conference and virtual ticket holders for two weeks from when they are posted following the conference. In-person workshops will not be live-streamed or recorded.
